- Pre
Production Check (PPC): In the process we monitor the capability of our
material components accessories and user manuals etc that will be used
in the manufacturing our range. Beside this we also cross check the
quality of the fabric and other raw materials at this stage.
- Initial
Production Check (PPC): Once the raw materials are verified and the
products has been developed then we check the finished products as per
buyer's specification and prototype sample. In case any deviations are
indentified then it is brought our for correction at this stage of
quality management system.
- During
Production Check (DUPRO): At third stage we check out and verify that
the initial discrepancies have been rectified and ensure the average
quality standard of production runs.
- Final
Random Inspection (FIR): It is the final stage of our quality
monitoring system in which inspection is carried out when the total
consignment is packed and ready for shipment FRI is performed according
to the International Inspection Standards. The detailed physical
inspection of the sample selected at random is based on specifications
of the buyers and it cover the criteria such as design / style
shrinkage accessories appearance marking color labeling material
assortments workmanship measurements packing etc.
